This is great served up with your favorite raw veggies – cucumbers, carrots, brocoli, pea pods, pepper strips. Also great in place of mayo on your next sandwich.
8 oz plain Greek yogurt
8 oz mayonnaise
1/2 – 1 tsp Chipotle Morita Powder
3 Tbsp. Smoked Paprika – (Smoked Sweet, Bittersweet, or Hot!)
This one’s really simple: Combine all the ingredients together in a blender or food processor. Pulse until well-blended. Add more paprika or chipotle to taste or as a garnish. If you want a citrus note, add a bit of lemon or lime juice to taste.
