Spice Parisienne – Make Your Own!

We used to offer this great blend to you all “jarred up,” but have decided to swap it out for some new things for you to try. If Spice Parisienne was a household favorite – or if you’d like to try something new – never fear, here’s how to make it!


2 Tbsp Ground White Pepper
1 Tbsp Ground Cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp Ground Mace
2 Tbsp Ground Black Pepper
3 bay leaves
1 Tbsp Kosher Salt
1 Tbsp Grated Nutmeg
1 Tbsp Ground Thyme
1 1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Ground Cloves

Grind salt and bay leaves together into a coarse mixture.
In a separate bowl, blend the other ingredients together thoroughly.
Place in sealable jars or storage containers!
