Spiced Cranberry Cocktail

For Two:
6 fl oz cranberry juice
3 fl oz orange juice
1/2 Cinnamon Stick
2 Cloves, Hand-Picked Whole
2 Star Anise, Whole
1 slice fresh ginger
1 tsp Honey Sugar, Powder
1 1/2 fl oz rum or gin (optional)

Add cranberry juice, orange juice, cinnamon, cloves, and ginger to a small sauce pan. Heat on medium-low until just simmering.
Remove from heat and strain out spices. Stir in honey powder and alcohol of choice.

For a Crowd:
24 fl oz cranberry juice
12 fl oz Orange Juice
2 Cinnamon Sticks
1 tsp Cloves, Hand-Picked Whole
5 Star Anise, Whole
3 slices fresh ginger
4 tsp Honey Sugar, Powder
6 fl oz run or gin (optional)

Add cranberry juice, orange juice, cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, and ginger to a large slow cooker. Heat of low for at least two hours.
Move slow cooker to warm and stir in honey powder.
Add desired amount of alcohol as you serve.
