Spicy Mexican Snack Mix

6 Cups Corn Chex cereal
2 Cups Corn Chips such as Fritos
2 Cups bite sized cheese crackers such as Goldfish
1 Cup Original Corn Nuts
2 tsp Mexican Oregano
8 Tbsp unsalted butter
4 Tbsp Garlic infused Olive Oil or Chipotle Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Taco Seasoning Blend
4 tsp Adobo Seasoning
4 tsp Tomato Powder
2 tsp New Mexico Chile Powder or Chipotle Brown Powder if you want a smokey flavor

Preheat oven to 300° F.
In a large bowl mix together the Chex, Fritos, Goldfish, and Corn Nuts. Crush the oregano between your hands over the cereal mix.
Next melt the butter with the olive oil, and then add the Taco Seasoning, Adobo Seasoning, Tomato Powder, and Chile Powder. Stir to combine and then pour over the cereal mix. Toss to coat the cereal mix as evenly as possible.
Spread the mix on a jelly roll pan, or pans if necessary. Spread as evenly as possible. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes stirring at 7 minutes. Spices will darken with baking.
Remove from oven and let cool. Serve or store in an air tight container for 1 week.

Pairs perfectly with a cold beer or margarita.
