Summer Seafood Salad

1 Cup Celery, diced
1 bunch Green Onion, diced
1 lb Imitation Crab Meat, chopped (or 3 cans crab meat)
1/2 lb cooked Shrimp, cut into bit size pieces
1 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 – 2 Tbsp Cape Cod Seasoning


Mix ingredients together so that crab, green onion and celery are well-coated with the dressing and seasoning. Keep salad in an air-tight container in the refrigerator overnight to allow the flavors to develop.

Serve on a buttery cracker or toasted bread.

MAKE AHEAD: Keeps for 5-7 days in the refrigerator.
