Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto

3 Cups sun-dried tomatoes (not in oil)
1-1/2 Cups Tuscan Herb Olive Oil
1/2 Cup fresh basil
1/4 Cup 18-Year Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse until mixture is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve over warm or cold pasta or as an appetizer spread (serving with cream cheese never hurts!).
