Sweet Smoky Chile Brussels Sprouts

1 lb halved Brussels sprouts
3 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Tbsp Chipotle Chile Brown Powder
1 Tbsp Ancho Chile Powder
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1 lb bacon uncooked and cut in half


Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss together the Brussels sprouts, maple syrup, chile powders and salt. Wrap each Brussels sprout with a 1/2 slice of uncooked bacon. (Use wooden toothpicks to secure bacon in place if necessary).

Arrange bacon-wrapped Brussels sprouts on a wire rack positioned in a rimmed baking sheet, and bake for 30 minutes or until crisp.

Remove from oven and allow Brussels sprouts to cool slightly before transferring to a serving platter. Serve immediately.
