Tangy Yogurt Cheese Spread

INGREDENTS
1 quart full-fat Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Garlic, Minced
1 tsp Tangy Herb and Dill Seasoning
1 tsp Kosher Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper, Fine Ground

STEPS
Line a large fine mesh strainer with two layers of cheese cloth. Place the strainer inside of a large bowl and set a side.
In a separate bowl, stir together yogurt, oil, and seasonings. Transfer mixture to prepared stainer and let drain for at least 12 hours, or up to three days. Every 12 hours, check and drain any liquid.
To serve immediately, shape the cheese into a dome and transfer to a plate. Sprinkle with more Tangy Herb and Dill and drizzle with Olive Oil. Serve with warm pita.
To store, place in air-tight jar and place in refrigerator.
