Thai Chicken Dip


2 Cups Chicken, cooked and coarsely chopped
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 Tbsp Thai Rub
2 tsp lime juice
Salt & Pepper to taste


Put all ingredients into a food processor and pulse/process until smooth. Then transfer dip into a glass, oven-proof dish and bake, uncovered, at 350F till golden brown and dip is heated all the way through, 30 – 45min. Remove dish from oven and allow to cool slightly before serving with crispy crackers or tortilla chips.
