Yogurt-Covered Blueberries with Vanilla Paste
INGREDIENTS
2 Cups Greek-style yogurt (Vanilla or Honey flavors work best)
1 Tbsp Vanilla Paste
1 carton fresh blueberries
STEPS
Mix the Vanilla Paste into the yogurt.
Use a toothpick to pick up a fresh blueberry and dip/swirl in the yogurt mixture. Use a second tooth pick to push the dipped berry off onto a cookie sheet.
Repeat, coating each individual berry with the yogurt mixture, and then place cookie sheet in the freezer. Allow to freeze for at least one hour before transferring into a resealable (ziplock) bag or plastic container.

Hi, Do these blueberries have to be kept frozen? I am looking for a recipe that will last for a few hours without melting.

Thank you for the comment Alori, yes these would need to be kept frozen until they are ready to eat. If you wanted a product that would be shelf stable and not require to be frozen for hours, you might want to try this recipe. https://sincerelynuts.com/blog/homemade-yogurt-covered-pretzels/ Just use blueberries instead of pretzels. They will have to be stored frozen to preserves the blueberries.
