4 Cups Corn Chex
4 Cups Rice Chex
3 Cups miniature pretzels
1 Cup slivered almonds
1/3 Cup Melted Butter or Butter Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 – 3 Tbsp Tikka Masala
1 Cup Golden Raisins
Preheat oven to 250°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Corn Chex, Rice Chex, pretzels, and almonds. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, olive oil, and Tikka Masala spice blend. Pour seasoning mixture over the cereal mixture and toss to make sure that everything is evenly coated.
Transfer mixture to two 15″ x 10″ x 1″ rimmed baking sheets. Spread the seasoned snack mix out, in a single, even layer. Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes so that every side of every snack mix piece is toasted.
Remove baking sheets from the oven and place on wire racks to cool. Once the baking sheets have reached room temperate, stir in the golden raisins. Toss to combine before serving.
Store in an air tight container for up to 2 weeks.
