4 large Portobello mushrooms
1 – 2 tsp Gusto Pizza Seasoning
1/2 Cup low-carb (no sugar) marinara sauce
1/2 Cup mozzarella cheese
favorite pizza toppings (pepperoni, sliced peppers, onions)
Balsamic for drizzle (Try our Denissimo or Neapolitan Herb)
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Arrange Portobello mushrooms on a jelly roll pan, grills up. Sprinkle each mushroom with Gusto Pizza Seasoning and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, and drain any liquid from the pan. Allow to cool slightly.
Spread a scant 2 Tbsp marinara sauce on each mushroom. Top with cheese and any other desired toppings. Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove pizzas from the oven, drizzle with a little balsamic and serve immediately.
