2 Flatbread Dough balls (alternatively use 2 tubes refrigerated pizza crust)
2 T Pizza Blend
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup sliced and chopped pepperoni
marinara sauce (for dipping)
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Roll out each pizza crust. Divide Pizza Seasoning Blend and Garlic salt and sprinkle on each crust. Add half of each of the cheeses and the diced pepperoni to each crust. Keep toppings around an inch away from each edge of the dough.
From one of the short ends of each crust, roll tightly to create two logs. Cut each log into 1 1/2 inch pieces.
Lightly coat a baking sheet with olive oil and place each pizza role on the baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Each roll should be a golden brown.
Enjoy right out of the oven with warm marinara sauce for dipping.
