Mark your calendar for November 16-17, and plan to join us for the 17th Annual Historic East Village Holiday Promenade!
Always held the Friday before Thanksgiving, Holiday Promenade is the holiday kick-off event with something for everyone!
This year’s Promenade features a big change. Instead of trying to smoosh all the fun into one night only — the party will be extended until Saturday, Nov. 17 to offer more time for shopping, celebration and family fun!
Friday night’s activities will feature free horse-drawn trolley rides, carolers strolling around the neighborhood, ice skating, plus live ice sculpting and tree lighting at Brenton Skating Plaza starting at 6:00 p.m.
Santa will be at Brenton Skating Plaza from 6:00 until 7:00 and then head on over to LifeServe Blood Center where he’ll be available until 8:00 p.m.
Stick around for the whole evening, and catch the fireworks show at 9 p.m.!
Most shops in the East Village neighborhood will have extended Promenade hours (and treats!) on Friday and Saturday, making it an excellent opportunity to get a head start your holiday shopping!
